Our journalist photographers, masters in digital photography, will capture the excitement of your convention, trade show or special event. At that decisive moment of action, they will photograph your animated speakers, crowded aisles, and awards presentations. Our professional production team will document your entire show. We will do our part to make you and your event a tremendous success.

WIRELESS (WIFI) PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES

Today’s wireless (WIFI) digital technology makes it possible to have instant prints made from a roaming photographer taking candid social photos. The prints can be printed and displayed in seconds. Photos can be inserted into a stock graphics template or specific photos can be transmitted and inserted into an active power point presentation for onsite Convention or Trade Show marketing systems.

Graphic ideas can be as simple as your company logo to a custom fantasy artwork border or cool background and then printed immediately.


DIGITAL PUBLIC RELATION SUITE

Our digital photographers utilizing our Wifi Photo service and our on-site CG Editor provide a seamless work flow to provide your web designer or public relations staff the ability to edit or add captions to your photos which can now be uploaded to the facility marketing service throughout your convention or special event.


PORTABLE PORTRAIT - PRODUCT STUDIO SERVICES

Photographers and Assistants assigned to our portable studio lighting systems are highly trained in portrait, stage and movie-television lighting techniques by our parent production company. From strobes, hot lights, Stage Hi-em’s, basic portrait to Executive Portrait or that hot new product shot or Video, we can light the subject. With our portable studio systems you get a choice of stock backgrounds to choose from.

COMPUTER GRAPHIC IMAGES – GREEN SCREEN

The magic is yours. Have you gone to the Movies or seen a photo in a Fashion Magazine and just knew that it was not real. This is the magic of Digital green screen technology. Today’s sophisticated Movie Magic is available for your Convention, Trade Show or Party events. We utilize these sophisticated programs with our high-end digital cameras to produce your logo images or images with your event specific backgrounds. We have available Stock background images and art–magazine templates or our art department can create custom exotic templates that will “WOW” your attendees.


PRINT SERVICES

ECON-PRINTS:

ECON quality prints are traditional machine prints. A full range of sizes and papers are available. These prints are recommended for small group; ie, meetings, award ceremonies normal print sizes purchased are 5x7, 8x12. Larger sizes are available. Delivery averages 14 to 21 working days.

We deliver one picture of each person or couple usually within 1 minute. We will deliver one picture of each person in a group photo, MAX 5 people in about 6 minutes. Prints are most commonly 4x6 or 5x7 but other sizes are also available.


SECURE SHOPPING CART PURCHASING

Your event photos can be posted on our web site, at your request, for attendee purchasing of additional prints. We will provide you with information required so that you may link to our secure purchasing website from your own website for ease of ordering. Purchases can be paid for on line with Credit Card or PayPal which ever the attendee prefers.

CD-DVD DELIVERY

A copy of all edited photographs of your event are placed on a CD or DVD and delivered to you at no cost. All images are limited copyright released for Public Relations use only. For Hire Rights available, ask for details.

Orlando Event Photographers provides an extensive array of services for Conventions, Corporate Events, Tradeshows, Social Events or on-site printing. This is a partial services list.
